How to shop in our online store
​

Our online store on Etsy uses Paypal systems to you make your purchase in a quiet and safe way. By selecting the products in our Etsy shop, they will be automatically added to the Cart Page. To finalize the purchase, simply click the "Proceed to Checkout" button and you will be taken to the Checkout page.

The Checkout page has 4 steps:

  1. Shipping details: fill with your personal details and shipping address.

  2. Shipment method: we only sent by the Brazilian Post Office

    • For international destinations, the shipment is also made by the Brazilian Post Office, through the service "Leve Internacional", to other continents the value and the delivery time varies.

  3. Payment: select which payment companies (Pagseguro or Paypal) you will use. it doesn’t matter the delivery destination.

  4. Order Confirmation: You only need to click the "place your order" button and you will be redirected to the selected payment company page.

On the selected payment company page, you must sing up if you are not a Pagseguro or Paypal customer, to proceed with the purchase. If you are already a customer, you must login to select your payment method. You will see the products selected on this page, with the freight already selected and your shipping address registered on the payment site. Once you have chosen the payment method, you can finalize your purchase and wait for your order.

 

Return policy

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

​

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Our jewelry is made of brass, so do not leave it in contact with water, sweat or bathe with it.

  • Store it in a dry location and preferably isolated from other metals. 

  • Clean your jewelry with a dry cloth, without any chemical or water.

  • Avoid contact with chemical agents, cleaning products, abrasives, creams, perfumes and cosmetics.

  • Do not sleep with your jewelry.

  • Avoid using it on the beach.

  • We suggest that the jewelry be stored in a jewelry case lined with some fabric. It's also recommended to place a piece of white chalk inside, it serves to remove the humidity from the case.

 

Important: Some of our jewelry isn't plated, it will oxidize over time. Be aware with the product description to know which jewelry isn't plated. It's part of our concept and design that these jewelry oxidize.
